What is Reset Your Health?
Reset Your Health provides four-week meal plans to help you kickstart your health. Plans will be tailored to the nutritional needs for conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Low Mood, Menopause and more. No more worrying, confusion or time spent planning. We can show, rather than tell you the type of meal plan you should be following so that you can continue on your healthy eating journey even after your 4 weeks is completed.
How are the RYH plans individualised?
When you sign up for any of the RYH plans, you fill out a detailed form where you can specify your health conditions and food preferences, as well as anything else that affects your diet.
Pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan diets are all catered for, but there are meat options available if your preference is to eat meat. The form will ask you whether you have any health problems, such as anxiety, migraines or PCOS. It will then ask if you have any other conditions that affect your diet e.g. Type 2 Diabetes or menopause and hormone symptoms.
Using this information, our algorithms will generate a four-week meal plan tailored to your specific needs, including three meals a day and snack suggestions. The daily meal plan will include the right balance of calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats that your body needs to function, based on recommendations for your gender, age and health condition.
Does it cater for the most common food allergies?
Absolutely! When you sign up for the plan, you will be given the option of excluding certain types of food. Here is the list of foods that you can exclude:
- Exclude all grains
- Low histamine
- Lactose intolerant
- No gluten
- No dairy
- No egg
- No fish
- No nuts
- No offal
- No pork
- No poultry
- No pulses
- No red meat
- No sesame
- No shellfish
- No soy
